1. Our Services

PyngTrip provides pre-booked intercity cab services across North India (Delhi, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and nearby regions). We arrange a verified driver and vehicle for your trip as per the booking confirmed on phone, WhatsApp, or our website form. We are not a stage-carriage or emergency transport service.

2. Bookings & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after we share a written confirmation (WhatsApp/SMS) with trip details, fixed fare, and driver information.
• Please verify pickup city, date, time, phone number and drop location at the time of booking. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect details shared by you.
• Driver and vehicle details are typically shared before the trip, subject to availability. Vehicle models shown on the website are indicative; an equivalent vehicle may be assigned.

3. Fixed Fares, Tolls & Payments

• The fare confirmed at booking is fixed for the agreed route and vehicle. It does not change with traffic or surge.
• Unless stated otherwise in your confirmation, toll tax, state tax, parking and airport charges are extra at actuals, or as communicated upfront.
• Route deviations, extra halts, or additional kilometres requested during the trip may attract extra charges at prevailing rates.
• Payments, where collected online, are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details on our website.

4. OTP-Secured Start & Safety

• Your trip starts only after OTP verification to ensure you board the correct cab.
• Live tracking links and 24/7 support (+91 98167 62256) are provided for safety. An SOS option is available during the trip.
• Please wear seatbelts, avoid distracting the driver, and follow applicable road-safety rules.

5. Your Responsibilities

• Be ready at the pickup point at the confirmed time. Waiting-time charges may apply after a grace period communicated at booking.
• Carry valid ID for interstate travel and any permits required for specific routes.
• Do not carry illegal items, hazardous goods, or overload the vehicle beyond its registered seating/luggage capacity.
• You are responsible for your belongings. Please verify luggage before leaving the cab.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

Cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

Timings shared are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, landslides, vehicle breakdown, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative or reschedule.

8. Liability

• Our services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any booking is limited to the fare paid for that trip.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as missed flights, hotel charges or loss of opportunity).
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

We may cancel or terminate a trip (without refund of the used portion) if a passenger engages in abusive, unsafe or unlawful behaviour, or insists on overloading, rash driving, or route deviations the driver reasonably considers unsafe.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on pyngtrip.com — including text, logos, images and design — belongs to PyngTrip / V Advertisements or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by contacting us; failing which, courts at Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
